Art by Miran Challenge 45

Hi everyone,

What weather we have had here lately. So hot and it is only November. I hope we are not in for a super hot Summer as that does not result in productive crafting. I do love Summer though.

So today's card is using another pretty image from Art by Miran called Nivanna. She looks so pretty and relaxed in the field of flowers so I thought that Tracy Wray's sentiment would go perfectly.

Here she is;

Blue and yellow is one of my favourite colour schemes, it makes me feel so warm and summery and I think it takes me back to being a teenager when I had blue and gold stars all through my room. I rather like how this one turned out and I guess my MIL did too as it has already been snapped up.

I hope you are having a lovely day and thank you so much for dropping by.

Cheers Nicole

Here is my card;

I hope you like her, I had a lot of fun colouring and making this card. I think she turned out lovely.

Happy crafting everyone and I hope to come visit you soon.

Art by Miran Challenge 43

Hi Everyone,

What a super busy week I have had. The kids were back to School this week and they finished the week with their Sports Carnival. It was a great day however we are all exhausted now. I think I will now just chill with some relaxing colouring.

I have a sweet and simple card for you today for this weeks Challenge at Art by Miran. I felt I was neglecting my embossing folders so I thought I would bring them out for a try. I am quite happy with the result.

Here it is;

This gorgeous girl is called Sweet and Sassy and I think she just looks so fun. I had a lot of fun colouring her. The embossing folder was a magazine freebie and I am very happy with the way it turned out, it gave a great finish and I love that it is a square folder. I must use them more.

Thanks for dropping by today and I hope you have a lovely week.

Cheers Nicole

Art by Mi Ran Challenge 42

Hi there,

I hope you are well and enjoying some lovely weather. Today's card is a lovely floral card using the very pretty Valentina. I love her long, long hair and her elegant dress.

Here she is;

I quite like how this one turned out, this is very much my style, not too simple but not over the top. I hope you like it too.

Well it is School Holidays here and the kids are 'bored' so I had better show them some love.

Happy crafting everyone.

Art by Miran Challenge 41

Hi everyone,

What glorious weather we are having here in Perth lately, I can smell Summer in the air. Hooray! The warmer weather makes it so much easier to craft so I have been having some fun colouring up some fabulous Art by Miran images. I fell in love with the image I am showing off today as soon as I saw it. Her hair is just mesmerising.

Here she is;

This beauty is called 'Flower Flourish'  and I felt that she was just crying out for some fiery red hair. I had forgotten how much I love this hair combo. She really is the star here so I decided to keep my card fairly simple just with a few DCWV Citrus papers and of course some pretty gems.

I hope your crafting is going well this week, hubby is away for the weekend so I am going to get plenty of colouring in.

Happy crafting everyone.
Cheers Nicole

Art by Miran Challenge 40

Hi there,

I hope you are all well, I am feeling fabulous as the sun has been shining and I can see the first glimpses of Spring. My card for you today is using the gorgeous Art by Miran digi stamp Flutterby. I love her fabulous wings, if I were a fairy these would be my style of wings.

Here she is;

My colouring was inspired by this months technique class challenge from Kit and Clowder. I am enrolled in both the skin and hair class as well as the clothing class so I thought I would combine both topics in my colouring this time. I have used the streaks lesson for her hair and the sheer clothing lesson for her dress. The dress is supposed to be a pink sheer layer over a deep green under layer, I am fairly happy with the result for a first time effort at both.

I hope you like this pretty lady as much as I do. Make sure you check out other fabulous creations from the super talented team over on the ABM challenge blog. Happy crafting everyone

Art By Miran Challenge 39

Hi everyone,

I hope you are having a lovely week. It has been raining a lot here lately, we need it a lot but I do love the sun. I'm so looking forward to some warmer weather. I find it much easier to craft when I am warm and the kids are outside not bugging me.

Anyway onto what I have been up to with my crafting. Today's card is for my daughters flute teacher as my daughter is really loving her flute lessons. I think she is doing great but I am probably biased. I have used the lovely Art By Miran stamp called Serenade. She is so peaceful and pretty.

Here she is;

I actually had a different plan for this card however I picked up my RV's instead of my R's to colour so I had to totally change my plan. I found these fab Prima Botanical papers that I got as a magazine freebie in my stash and all was well again.  I don't normally use so many flowers but I just had to add them to this pretty girl. I wanted her to have a tranquil meadow feel. I hope you like her.

I would love to see what you have been up to so get crafting then enter ABM Challenge #39.

Art by Miran Challenge 38

Hi there,

I have had another play this week with one of Mi Ran Jung's fabulous images. I really just can't get enough of them.  I have used Mia this time and teamed her up with some of my favourite Echo Park Paradise Beach papers.  It is Winter here at the moment so this card made me feel all warm and beachy, just lovely.

Here it is;

I had a bit of fun with my dies this time around, I have quite a few and I am sure they all feel neglected. I used a combination of My Favourite Things (brown stamens), Memory Box (Chloe Stem) and Elizabeth Crafts Dies (flowers). I love mixing about the papers to make flowers that really stand out. They are fairly simple however I think they were just enough to finish off my project.

I hope you have been having some fun in your craft room lately and you are able to play along with us this time around at Art By Miran.

Cheers Nicole

Art by Miran Challenge 37

Hi folks,

I hope you are all well and enjoying some fabulous crafty time. I have a cute little card to share with you today as my inspiration for ABM Challenge 37. When people ask me what my style is I can't really answer as I love to do all different styles. For this card I decided I would make it fairly simple, well that is until I made a mistake putting it together and spent longer fixing it than it took to make the rest of the card. I thought this image called Friday Girl is quite sleek and sophisticated so I wanted to make my card sleek and pretty.

Here it is;
I have used some pretty Echo Park Head Over Heels papers this time, I just love the colours in this collection and I finally got to use this fab Film Strip die collection from Kaisercraft. I wanted her colouring to be subtle but still pop so I have used a lot of white patches this time which is something I find somewhat difficult. I find that these digi's really push me to challenge myself with my colouring and so far I am pleased with the results.

I would really love for you to join in our challenge this time around, I really enjoy coming and visiting all of your lovely creations. Thanks for dropping by.

The challenge I wish to enter are;

Art by Miran Challenge #36

Hi everyone,

I am so excited to share my first official post for the Art by Miran Design Team. I am over the moon to be a part of this awesome and superbly talented crew. I still can't believe that I get to work with these beautiful images all the time, yay!

For my card today I have used the oh so beautiful Flo, she is a rubber stamp that you can find in the Art by Miran Collection at Whimsy Stamps. I just thought she is so pretty and that she would go beautifully with the Echo Park papers that I had been saving for a special project.

Here she is;
The papers I used were quite vibrant so I decided to keep my colouring fairly subtle so I went for my favourite peach blend ( E00, 000 & 93) and I am quite pleased with the outcome. I feel that with any of the ABM images I get to challenge my colouring skills and they are a delight to work with.

I hope that you will join us this time for our Anything Goes Challenge and we would also love for you to pop in to the Facebook group and check out the Progressive Challenge as well as our Anything Goes Facebook Challenge.

Thanks for dropping by and I hope to come see you soon.

Inky Impressions Embellish It

Hi crafty friends,

I hope your week has been wonderful. I have to admit that I have not been crafting as much as I would like lately as it is too cold in my craft room at night and I don't like the cold. It is too easy to snuggle on the couch with a blankie so I have promised myself that I will do some crafting and stop hiding behind the blankie. That's the plan anyway. :)

The theme this week at Inky Impressions is to Embellish your project. Now I love to add pretties to my card but I decided to keep it to a minimum this time to show you that you don't have to use a mass of flowers etc to make your card pretty, you just need to place them strategically to achieve your desired effect.

Here is my card;
You can find both the image and the sentiment in the Inky Impressions shop where you can also find so many more fab images. I would love for you to head over to the store and check it out . I do hope you will join in with us this month with our Embellish it theme. Thanks for dropping by.

Inky Impressions June Release

Hi folks,

Today I am sharing my creation to show off this months New Release images from Inky Impressions. You can find this image and a few more in the New Release section of the store. I hope you like her as much as me, it reminded me of my childhood afternoons watching Happy Days.

Here is my project;
Isn't she just so fun. I went for a CAS card for a change and I am glad I did as I think she looks fab.
Thanks so much for dropping by today.

Inky Impressions Something in the Air

Hi folks,

We have another great challenge for you this week at Inky Impressions. The theme this week 'Something in the Air' is open to so many different interpretations. The first thing that came to my mind was my lovely Echo Park Everyday Eclectic papers. I just love the hot air balloons, so that is my something in the air. I threw in some butterflies as well to add in some other ideas.

Here it is;
Isn't she fun, this is Lili Roller Skating. She reminded me of my daughter who has been rocking the roller skates lately. I hope you like her as much as I do.

Thanks for dropping by today.

Art by Miran DT Call

Hi there,

Today I would like apply for the Art by Miran design team. I fell upon these beautiful images through the Kit and Clowder Facebook page and I am love, love, loving them. They are the best to colour and practise the techniques I am learning in the Kit and Clowder classes. My favourite thing at the moment is coming home from a long Friday at work to find out the new image for each months Progressive Challenge then planning it over the month to get it just right. My entry for the DT call is also my project for last months Progressive Challenge using Rora and Butterfly. I apologise if you have seen this card on Facebook already however I am quite proud of it and thought it fitting for the DT call.

Here it is;
So I guess it's time to share a little bit about me. I am a sporty mum with a crafty side. I love being active during the day and then getting my craft on at night time during 'me time'. I love using pretty images on my cards and flowering them up but I also love to use fun images and change it up with a more Clean and Simple style. I don't like to stick to one style, I like to change it up a bit and I like to try new things. I love colouring with my Copic's and I love playing with different mediums like Gelato's, pencils and water colours although I am still mainly playing with those.

I am currently on one other Design Team (Inky Impressions) and I have experience on others. I work really well with deadlines and I feel that I work well in a team. I would really love to join the Art by Miran Design Team as they are my favourite images at the moment and I love working with them. The projects produced by the current Design Team are so lovely and I would love to be a part of this team.

Thanks so much for dropping by and listening to my waffles, thanks for your consideration.

Inky Impressions Lace or Ribbon

Hi everyone,

It's hit that time of year again down here :( Winter weather, boo. I shouldn't complain as we really do have a mild winter here but I don't like the cold, I find it difficult to craft when it's cold, I just want to curl up with a blankie and hide. Having said that I did manage to get myself crafting to make a fun card for this weeks challenge at Inky Impressions. I made a cute card to give to a work colleague who has just had a baby girl.

Here it is;
I have had these DCWV Kiddlet papers for a while so they jumped out at me to be used for this project. I thought I would keep it fairly simple as the image and papers were so fun so I just finished it off with my favourite ric rac ribbon and then my standard gems, can't have a card without gems.

I hope you are having lovely weather where you are and that you are madly crafting away.

Happy crafting

Inky Impressions More Than One Fold

Hi,

So..... I am a square kind of girl so when I saw the theme for this weeks challenge I knew I would have to change it up a bit. I have to admit that I didn't really have a plan when I started this card, I just let it work it out itself. So for my 'More than one fold' card I decided to do a tent fold and then to add some extra dimension to it I decided to make it into a pyramid sort of thing.

Here it is;

This is Wishing Well Fairy and I think she is super pretty. I love this colour combo and it goes perfectly with these DCWV papers. The sentiment is also from Inky Impressions, I think it will be really useful, whenever I am playing with fairies.

Extra fold cards are not my strong suit however they make me think outside of the box. I know that some of you are so good at these so I would really love to see them this week. Happy crafting everyone.

Penny's Challenge 225

Hi everyone,

This is my final post for Penny's. I have had so much fun as part of the Design Team and I am sorry to leave however family life is shifting gears and creating a busy life that I am having trouble keeping up with. My last DT card is using a gorgeous stamp from Little Blue Button Stamps and oh she was so lovely to colour. The theme this week is Anything but Square, most of my cards are square so it was a challenge for me. :)

Here is my card;
I am pretty pleased with how she turned out, these colours are so pretty and her dress has just the right amount of folds to keep me challenged. The paper is beautiful so I didn't want to cover it up too much hence my reason to keep my card quite simple.

Thanks for visiting me over my time at Penny's.

Cheers Nicole

Inky Impressions Recipe Challenge

Hi there,

This weeks theme at Inky Impressions involves a recipe and the ingredients are 1 image, 2 papers and 3 flowers. An easy recipe to follow so it led to an easy make. I have used a super cute image for my card this time, it had been sitting on my desk waiting for just the right challenge.

Here it is;
The image is called Teddy Tea Party and I have also used the Time to Par-tea sentiment. This is a fun image so I decided to use some fun papers that I had been saving. This card was so fun to make and a fab little image that was great to colour.

Thanks for dropping by, I hope to come visit you when you enter this weeks challenge.

Cheers Nicole

Penny's Challenge 224

Hi folks,

I hope you are doing well and that you have had a wonderful week. I have made a cute little boy card for this weeks challenge at Penny's. The theme this week is 'Use spooled items', it sounds tricky but really it is quite simple. I chose to use Bakers twine for my card but you can things like ribbon or string, as long as it is something that can be found on a spool.

Here is my card;
I have used this super cute Lacy Sunshine image called Ten Gallon Ted for my card, he was so fun to colour. I decided to thread the Bakers twine through my card to act as the lasso, it wasn't as easy as I had hoped but I am happy with how it turned out. I have used Echo Park All About a Boy papers (I had to, it is a boy card after all) and coloured with my Copic's. the dies are a combo of Cuttlebug and Quickcuts dies, I do like these for boy cards. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley and I felt it fit in perfectly, I find sentiments tricky to add normally.

I hope you like my card this week and it inspires you to get crafting.
Happy crafting

Inky Impressions April Release

Hi everyone,

What great images Nicole has created for this months release at Inky Impressions. I have used the fab image Mocha Time Aria and I have also used a new background image called Bar and Stools. I love this new girl, she was so fun to colour.

Here she is;
There are 2 Aria's and 2 coordinating backgrounds released this month, you can find them in the Newest Releases section of the shop. I hope you like them.

Inky Impressions Kraft It

Hello again,

Here is number 2 of 4 cards for today. For this weeks challenge at Inky Impressions we are asking you to include Kraft card in your make. Now I love using Kraft card and I thought it went so well with this little critter Sunflower Kitten, isn't she cute.

Here she is;
I love this stamp and she always makes me smile. I have used Copic's to colour her and I have teamed her up with Echo Park papers. I love the die I used but I also really hate it. Unfortunately it doesn't cut quite as well as I would like it to so it takes a while to remove all the little pieces. I do like the results though.

I hope you have a lovely week full of crafty goodness and that you get to join in with us at Inky Impressions for this weeks challenge.

Cheers Nicole

Penny's Challenge 223

Hi there,

This week I got to play with an image from one of my favourites, Art by Miran. The theme this week at Penny's is One for the girls so I thought this image was perfect. I love this lady and she is doing one of my favourite things....

Here she is;
I love shopping and I love this Hippie Chick. I was inspired by a Katie Perry card this week so I thought I would have another go at Clean and Simple. I am quite pleased with it but I see points to work on, we are our biggest critics aren't we?

I hope you like my card this week. Thanks for dropping by.

Penny's Challenge 222

Hi everyone,

Wow is it Wednesday already? This weeks challenge at Penny's is another Anything Goes and I have used a fab Karleigh Sue image this time. I have kept my card simple this week and kept to a hidden theme, not sure anyone will get it though.

Here it is;
Ok, let me explain my thoughts behind this one. So, the image is called Koality time and Koala's are Aussie animals so I have used Blue, Red and White as these are the Aussie flag colours. She seemed to be dressed quite wintery with the Ugg boots so this led to the Warm wishes sentiment which is perfect as it is coming up to Winter down here.

I hope you like my card this week, I think she is pretty funky.

Thanks for dropping by.

Inky Impressions Thank You

Hi folks,

What a week I have had and it is only Wednesday, still I managed to get my craft on. I decided to do something a little different for this weeks challenge at Inky Impressions. I had this super adorable Easter image begging to be coloured so I thought I would make a tag for my sons teacher to say thanks for a great term (she is a wonderful teacher) and to wish her a happy Easter. We made some cookies to go with it as they are my sons favourite.

Here it is;
This cute guy is called Easter Bunny Monkey and he was so fun to colour. I used my Copic's and I have used Echo Park papers (surprise, surprise). I kept it fun with lots of bright colours as this is my sons style and I have simply embossed the sentiment at the top.

I hope you get plenty of crafting time this Easter and that you manage to join us this week at Inky Impressions.

Cheers Nicole

Penny's Challenge 221

Hi there beautiful crafty people,

I have a beautiful image to share with you, she was a delight to colour (even with a broken collar bone) so I am just jumping right in with my post today.

Here she is;
This beauty is from a company new to me called Lemon Shortbread and they are the sponsor for this weeks challenge at Penny's. The theme this week is Anything Goes, easy. This turned out nothing like what I imagined in my head but I am really pleased with it. I have kept it simple due to my injury and it really makes the image the shine. I hope you like her as much as I do.

Happy crafting everyone

Penny's Challenge 220

Hi there,

Sorry I'm a bit late, I am having trouble getting back into life after our holiday. It doesn't help that at the end of my trip I had an accident and broke my Collar bone so I have been busy sorting that out. It has made crafting difficult but I will persevere as it is what keeps me sane. :)

Today's card is for this weeks challenge at Penny's. The theme this week is 'Boys and Girls come out to play' and I got to use a cute image from Imagine That! This little guy is super sweet and I love the sentiment that came with it.

Here it is;
My son is turning 7 this year so I thought I would either use this card for his birthday or for one of his friends as I don't seem to have enough boy cards in my stash. I have kept it pretty simple as this is what I could manage and boy cards don't really need to be over the top, they love them bright and fun.

Thanks for dropping by. Don't forget to pop on over to the Penny's blog to check out the rest of the fab projects from the team.

Inky Impressions March Release

Hi there,

I hope you are all well. I am currently enjoying some sun and culture in Phuket Thailand on a much needed family holiday. My 3 are snoring away next to me after an exhausting couple of days. I thought this was a perfect opportunity to share with you the fab new release from Inky Impressions. Nicole has created some wonderful images to work with and they are just in time for Easter. I love the background images this time and the sentiments are fab too. I am still mastering merging images so I have made a creation with each of my images.

Here they are;

I hope you like what I have done with this months images and that you will pop over to the Inky Impressions sites to check out the rest of the new release images, you won't be disappointed.

Have a lovely week everyone, I am sure I will with plenty of sun, sand, great food and even better company.

Happy crafting

Penny's Challenge 218

Hi folks,

I have a pretty card for you today using a lovely fairy image from The Stamping Boutique. The theme this week is Ribbon and Bows which was great fun this week as I have been neglecting my bow maker. I am quite pleased with how this card turned out using some gorgeous Kaisercraft papers I got as a freebie and I also tried something new with my colouring, which worked so always a bonus.

Here is my card;
I hope you like her. There are some fab cards over on the blog this week, I would love for you to check them out.

Inky Impressions Dots &/or Stripes

Hi again,

Two cards for me to post today. This time I have my card for this weeks challenge at Inky Impressions. This week it is Dots &/or Stripes which is so easy. I would love to see you enter the challenge this week, I want to see what you have been up to. I have used the super fab Astronaut Lili which I have been waiting to play with for a while, she is so fun.

Here is my card;
I have kept this card pretty simple as I thought the papers and image were the stars. The sentiment is also from Inky Impressions which I have used a couple of times now and I am sure I will use it plenty more times.

Well that's all from me today. I hope you are all doing well and enjoying life. I have a holiday planned shortly so my mood lately is fab. Have a great week everyone.

Cheers Nicole

Penny's Challenge 217

Hi crafty friends,

Today I have a card to show you for this weeks 'Girlie' challenge at Penny's Paper Crafty Challenges. I have another cute Bugaboo image to share with you today. Super cute, I think this will be my daughters birthday card. I have used my Echo Park papers this week and coloured with my Copic's. It wasn't meant to be Christmas colours but hey who says red and green have to be Christmas.

Here is my card;
I used a mixture of punches to make the flowers, I forgot how much fun that is and I used a doily die as a simple decoration (although this particular die was not so simple). I love using all of the papr piece so I have used it for the sentiment as well as the flowers. I hope you like it.

Thanks for dropping by

Penny's Challenge 216

Hi there,

We have been having some really hot weather here lately. I hope my overseas friends aren't too cold, here...... have a bit of our heat to warm you up. The hot weather is not great for crafting but I did manage to get a bit of crafting in at night when it had cooled down a little. Today's card is for this weeks challenge at Penny's, the theme is lots of layers, perfect for my style.

Here it is;
Our wonderful sponsor this week is Lacy Sunshine and I have chosen a Flower Pot cutie that was in my stash. I have had her printed for a while but I was saving her for the right time. I think my choice was a little strange as she really is more of a Christmas image but I really wanted to use her and I think my card shows the versatility of this image.

Thanks for dropping by today, I hope you like my card.

Penny's Challenge 215

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all well and having a great week. I have been busy, busy but things seem to be working for me at the moment, hopefully it stays that way.  For my card today I have done something a bit different (for me anyway) I have used a cute pre-coloured image from Paper Creator called Polly's Pink Flower. The theme this week is Spots and Stripes so I went to my scrap box and had some fun.

Here's my card;
She is super cute and went so well with the Echo Park papers. Shame my photo is a bit dark, I think I need to invest in a better set up. Hmm how long til my birthday, he he.

We would love for you to play along this week. Happy crafting.
Cheers Nicole

Inky Impressions February Release

Hello beautiful crafty people,

Today I have a sweet image to share with you from the February New Release at Inky Impressions. She is called Lili with Roses and she is ideal for Mothers Day makes, which is exactly what I have made.  Mothers Day in Australia is in May but there is nothing better than being prepared early.  I have also used a cute Mothers Day sentiment which is fit perfectly with it.

Here it is;

I will be giving this to my own mum this year.  I chose the papers to suit her as her last name is Bird and I have been desperate to use the birdcage and bird die from Joy Crafts that I got late last year and haven't had a chance to use.  She loves all my cards but I especially hope she loves this one.

I hope you will check out the other new release images, they are so lovely.  You can find them in the store here or have a look at what the other ladies have created with them here.

Thanks for dropping by.

Inky Impressions Valentines/Love

Hi again,

Another card from me today. This time I have a beautiful Inky Impressions girl to show off, the image is called Sent With Love, isn't she fab. The theme this week is Valentines/Love perfect for this time of year, so we would really love to see your projects this week.

Here it is;
This beautiful girl reminded me of my daughter so I think I may give it to her for Valentines Day and make her feel special. I had fun colouring this image the stripe were good for practising my colouring. I used the fab Head over heels paper pad from Echo Park and I used these awesome new dies from Kaisercraft that I got the other day.

Thanks for dropping by, I hope that you are getting in plenty of crafting time and that you will join in with us this week.

Cheers Nicole

Penny's Challenge 214

Hi there,

Sooo..... I would like to introduce my Mother in Law and her best friend to you all. Sorry just kidding, well sort of. When I got to choose my image for this week I saw this one from Sparkle n Sprinkle and instantly thought of them. I hope it will make them laugh (fingers crossed).

Here it is;
This weeks theme at Penny's is Embossing so I have used a wood grain embossing folder to kind of go along with the old theme of the card. The sentiment came with this image and is perfect for them.

I hope you like my card this week, I felt I needed to make a fun feeling card to perk me up.

Thanks for dropping by,
Cheers Nicole

Penny's Challenge 213

Hi there,

It has been a while since I have posted a card for Penny's. I have had a lovely break with my kids while they were on their Summer Holidays but they went back to school the other day so it is time to get back into it. :) Today's card is using another super cute Bugaboo image and the theme this week is  Use your favourite card fold or technique. I have to admit that my fav card fold is the traditional tent fold but I thought I would have a go at something a little different.

Here it is;
I quite like how this card turned out, quite simple but fairly striking. I haven't put a sentiment on the pot as I am not sure what I will use it for just yet, it could be used for anything really.

Thanks for dropping by.

Inky Impressions Glitter and Gloss

Hello lovely people,

Oh my goodness it is sooo hot here. I hope any Aussie friends had a fabulous Australia Day and that you enjoy my make for this week. I have a super fun card for you today with an Australia Day theme. My Sister In Laws birthday is on Australia Day so when I saw this stamp in the shop I just knew I had to make her birthday card with it. I have used Flag Lili -Australia, she is also available in other designs too.

Here she is;
I have also used Party Time circle sentiment which is so versatile, I will be using this many times. She is coloured with Copic's and the paper is from an Echo Park Christmas pad. I have kept it quite simple with just a few die cuts and an embossed background.

My Sister In Law loved it so I hope you like it too.
Happy crafting everyone
Nicole

Inky Impressions January Release

Hello again,

We have some fabulous images to share with you today from the January New Release at Inky Impressions.  I got to play with a super cute Lili image called Lili Blowing Bubbles.  The other images are just as good and are so fun, you can check them out here.

Here she is;

I have also used the All My Love ticket sentiment as I thought it looked like she was blowing little bubbles of love. I have coloured her with Copic's and teamed her up with Echo Park papers.  I hope you like her as much as I do.  I would love for you to check out what the rest of the team have created with the new release, you can do that here.

Thank you so much for dropping by.
Cheers Nicole

Inky Impressions Monochrome Challenge

Hi there,

Wow it has been 4 weeks since my last post, I can't believe it. I have had some lovely time off with the family over the Christmas/Summer break but it's back to work for me and back to my regular crafting routine. Today I am showing you my creation for this weeks Monochrome Challenge at Inky Impressions. I usually find Monochrome difficult but this time it seemed to flow together and I had in making this. I am quite pleased with how it turned out.

Here it is;
I just love this image, it is Butterfly Lili and the sentiment can be found in the shop also. I have coloured with my Copics and I went with a different green combo this time of G00, G02 and G17. I quite like the result, it is a nice fresh colour. The papers I used are from the Echo Park Sweet Day paper pad and the lovely tree die is a new one for me from Spellbinders, I am now in love with it. The little corner flourish is also new and from Spellbinders as well.

I would love to enter the following challenges;

Thanks for dropping by today, I really appreciate it.
